You may be asked to verify your identity prior to your appointment
Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies — please call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department if required
Missed or late appointments are subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 7).
5. Supplements & products
We may recommend or supply practitioner-grade supplements and health products as part of your care plan. Please note:
All product recommendations are made based on the individual health information you provide during consultation
It is your responsibility to disclose all current medications, supplements, and relevant health conditions prior to receiving a recommendation
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
We are not liable for adverse effects arising from incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the client
Products are non-refundable once dispensed or opened, unless required by Australian Consumer Law
6. Client obligations

7. Bookings, cancellations & payments

Cancellations:
Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule
Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable
Payment:
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice
Payment may be made upfront at the time of booking, or an invoice will be issued following your consultation
All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the consultation being completed
Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in delay of prescriptions, resources, or follow-up care, and may require upfront payment for future bookings
