  • You may be asked to verify your identity prior to your appointment

  • Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies — please call 000 or attend your nearest emergency department if required

Missed or late appointments are subject to our cancellation policy (see Section 7).

5. Supplements & products

We may recommend or supply practitioner-grade supplements and health products as part of your care plan. Please note:

  • All product recommendations are made based on the individual health information you provide during consultation

  • It is your responsibility to disclose all current medications, supplements, and relevant health conditions prior to receiving a recommendation

  • We are not liable for adverse effects arising from incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the client

  • Products are non-refundable once dispensed or opened, unless required by Australian Consumer Law

6. Client obligations

7. Bookings, cancellations & payments

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be eligible for a full refund or reschedule

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee or be non-refundable

Payment:

  • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice

  • Payment may be made upfront at the time of booking, or an invoice will be issued following your consultation

  • All invoices must be paid within 24 hours of the consultation being completed

  • Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in delay of prescriptions, resources, or follow-up care, and may require upfront payment for future bookings
